On the right hand side of the results table are links to MHA's site for their lists of crew agreements, and to more details on the CLIP site, showing any other names for that vessel and providing further links to CLIP data and other databases for that official number only. The
icon links to an image of the Mercantile Navy List page for that vessel and year.For exact searches only, below the results are a series of links which will search for your data on other web sites.
The database includes every British registered ship from 1855 to the early 1950s with official numbers 1 to 200000. It was last updated on 15 May 2013 and contains 664647 entries.
